Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Dubai Move, we are committed to providing reliable moving and delivery services. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our operations.

1. Service Refund (Moving & Shifting)

  • If any service is not provided as promised, or if there is an issue with the quality of our labor or packing, you must report it within 7 days.
  • A refund will only be issued for valid reasons after an investigation by our management team (led by M. Usman).

2. Damage Claims & Video Proof (Mandatory)

  • We take the utmost care of your belongings. However, if any item is damaged during the packing or shifting process, the customer must provide a clear video showing the damage and explaining the issue.
  • Claims without video proof will not be entertained.
  • Items that were already broken or in poor condition before our team handled them are not eligible for any refund or claim.

3. Commercial Delivery (UAE, Saudi, Oman)

  • For shop-to-shop or city-to-city deliveries, if the goods are not delivered or are damaged due to our fault, a refund of the service charges will be processed.
  • If the delivery is delayed due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, no refund will be issued.

4. Cancellation Terms

  • Before Arrival: You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.
  • On-Site Cancellation: If our vehicles and labor reach your location and you cancel the service at that time, a service fee (visit charge) will be deducted or charged to cover our fuel and labor costs.

5. Shipping & Return Charges

  • If any material needs to be returned to our warehouse, the shipping charges will be covered by the customer.
  • Used packing materials (boxes, bubble wrap, tapes) are strictly non-refundable.
